Our hours of communication vary, with us currently having a full time job as well as printing, we try and answer throughout the day as soon as we can.

Yes, shipping is available upon request.

We can either meet somewhere local or we can ship the part to you, however you would like.

We want to make sure we get the best possible print quality for your product. An estimate will be provided with a response from the original form submission. Based on print time, we like to double the time in case we have to reprint, and add a day for communication.

With the business starting in our own home, we have only purchased a small stock of filament to start. If you want to request a print with other colors of materials, add a note in the additional information section and it will be purchased right away.

Most of our filament is from Sunlu, though we also purchase Elegoo, Overture, as well as other brands if necessary.

Yes, we print almost all available FDM filaments available. If we do not have experience printing with the requested material, we will go through extensive tuning to ensure the product request is the highest quality we are capable of.

We are currently maxed out at a 270 x 270 x 270 mm build volume. Though this is the max size, there needs to be room for a prime tower.

Currently there are plans to purchase a new larger machine when the first order comes in that requires it. 3d printers have taken a large step over the last few years and we expect some new, great products to come out. The longer we wait, the better the printer.

We currently do not have a rosin printer and would need multiple requests from customers for us to consider buying one. It would be a learning experience and while we would love to get one, we currently don’t have a need for one.
